Ventum Academy, the first High Level Technical Practical Training center in collaboration with SIG Coop, an independent engineering consultancy, launch the world's first 'escape room' that takes place in a wind turbine. This pioneering initiative combines fun and immersion, challenging participants and professionals in the wind sector to resolve incidents that accurately mimic reality. After a successful initial reception, the two Navarrese companies plan to expand this experience to the rest of the sector, thus offering the opportunity to more organizations to immerse themselves in this exciting adventure.
The experience and training activity, titled "Playful and immersive learning on premature detection of machine failures", is based on gamification methodologies, simulating an 'escape room' in the environment of a wind turbine. Participants are immersed in a "quasi-real" scenario, equipped with the most advanced personal protective equipment provided CONAPRO, a company specializing in occupational safety, facing technical and emotional challenges to solve problems.
