INERZIA GROUP INTEGRATED POLICY 2024

Grupo Inerzia (BAQUERO INVESTMENTS), is a business group formed by NEM, CONAPRO / VENTUM ACADEMY and SERENA, whose purpose is aimed at the provision of services and sale of products for companies in the renewable energy sector mainly, establishes, by the top management, an Integrated Policy aimed at achieving the satisfaction of our interested parties.

We are a Group Adhered to United Nations Pact (the largest Corporate Sustainability initiative in the world), to InnovaRSE (Navarra's Social Responsibility portal) now Navarra Zirkular. (public-private initiative that promotes the adoption of the circular economy in companies).

■ Offer high-level holistic training for professionals in the wind sector, encompassing technical aspects, effectiveness-efficiency and transversal aspects such as risk prevention, environmental management and the improvement and optimization of maintenance and operation processes.

■ Advance the commitment to environmental protection and pollution prevention to contribute to Sustainable Development and the fight against climate change.

■ Inform, raise awareness and provide the necessary training to our staff and suppliers with the aim of:

  • Manage natural resources sustainably, optimizing packaging and promoting the reuse and recycling of waste.
  • Develop our circularity strategy in the design, use and management at the end of the useful life of our products.

OUR CONTRIBUTION TO THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS

This Policy must be assumed by all Grupo Inerzia staff, it is based on the 2022-2024 Strategic Plan and serves as a framework to establish and review the objectives of Grupo Inerzia.

The Grupo Inerzia Management will annually review the Integrated Management Policy to ensure that it remains relevant and appropriate, proposing objectives and goals for the continuous improvement of the Management System, committing to provide the necessary means for this purpose.
