The candidate will be in charge of carrying out the study on the design of the tooling, as well as its documentation. Design and develop new projects and monitor them until their final validation, in turn providing technical support to the client.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review of customer requirements and specifications for the design of new tools. Improvement of already designed tools.
• Performing FEM calculations (SIM SOLID)
• Creation of assembly and maintenance manuals (EN/ES)
• Request for offers for manufacturing elements (Preparation of estimates)
• Manufacturing monitoring of prototypes designed by NEM (PRODUCTION)
• Maintenance and order of technical documentation (preparation of plans, manuals, calculation reports and materials)
• Assistance to first manufacturing validation tests
• Creation of plans, products and lists of materials, as well as product sheets

REQUIREMENTS:

• Industrial Engineering (mechanical specialty).
• 3D design tools: SIM SOLID, Catia
• Knowledge of technology, inspection regulations and mechanically welded manufacturing, Hydraulics, materials (aluminum and Steel).
• Interpretation of plans
• Management of the office package. Accustomed to using pivot tables, some formulation and macros.
• Minimum English B2
• Committed, proactive, flexible, decisive person with internal/external customer orientation.
