REQUIREMENTS:

AGE: 25-45 YEARS

RESIDENCE IN THE PAMPLONA REGION AND OWN VEHICLE.

TECHNICAL professional training of first or second degree, preferably mechanical or electrical 

Knowledge of PRL and English.

MISSION: Comprehensively manage service projects, whether training and/or reviews, taking responsibility for their achievement (in the case of training) and subsequent closure.

RESPONSIBILITIES: This management can be summarized in two blocks, Reviews and Training;

Training Management:

• Establish the first contact with the client, receive orders and process them.
• Establish the programming of the training agenda and coordinate the different needs; trainers, premises, PPE, s,…
• Preparation and management of specific technical documentation for the training to be provided.
• Internal invoice management and acceptance of the same by the client.
• Carrying out concrete training adapted to the client's needs.
• Evaluation of training user satisfaction.
• Closing of training and issuance of certificates.

Review Management:

• Establish the first contact with the client, receive orders and process them.
• Establish the scheduling of reviews with or without prior notice, establishment of priority criteria and management of the human resources necessary for their execution, Conapro (Review Technician), NEM (Review Engineer) and Serena.
• Internal invoice management and acceptance of the same by the client.
• Control of carrying out reviews both in Conapro and externally (in the Client/Park at its three levels; Mill, Mill Foot and Substation) and control of the Quality procedure established for this purpose.
• Preparation and management of the specific technical documentation for the review carried out.
• Closing of the review and issuance of certificates.
• Customer satisfaction evaluation reviewed.
